Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the machine in its original industrial packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Our Facility
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for heavy machinery.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5 to 7 business days.
